RECAP
The Blast II. Held Saturday October 2nd 9a.m.-5p.m. at The Cincinnati Contemporary Arts Center, was very positive and informative. Grand Master Flash gave a thorough presentation and the Panel which included G-Fresh, DJ Apryl Reign, Bootsy Collins (P-Funk Baby!), 3rd Finger Record Pool DJ turned WIZF Mix show DJ Perry Simmons, also Chris Coleman, on air personality and Mix show DJ for WIZF, and a young essay winner. We talked about women's roles in hip-hop, the past and future of hip-hop, problems with hip-hop and possible solutions. Don't miss it next year!
